Question / Help Dropping Frames in Game

Hey guys I wanted to stream CS: GO and some other games like league of legends and arma 3 but I keep getting frame drops from 150 fps all the way down to 30 - 40 fps.

My PC settings:
- Fx-8320 3.5ghz (stock)
- GTX 560
- 8gb RAM
Download : 18 Mb/s
Upload: 31 Mb/s

Set x264 cpu preset back to veryfast. Don't touch settings when you don't know what they mean.
