Bug Report Dropping frames for no reason.

yo.

I've been going through nearly all streaming applications known to me, which includes Xsplit, FFsplit and of course OBS.
However, only in OBS i get very weird frame drops.
Why are they weird you ask?
well I seem to drop frames not when I lack the required upload, but also when my PC is not capable to run the game at the max fps. I've tried this out several times now, and it really seems to not be a problem of the upload/bitrate, which is why i'll just ignore anybody telling me I need to turn my bitrate down. Streaming Quake works just fine so why wouldn't streaming Dota2 work?

well, after this rant, here's my log:

Also make sure you're using the best ingest server depending on your chosen streaming service.
