hey guys i been having this problem for the past 4 to 5 months and its annoying everytime i stream all of sudden i drop frames and my stream turns off i am hard wired (ethernet) and i have a really good pc i tried so many settings and its the same problem everytime can someone please help me. my upload speed is 926.14 and my download speed is 664.89

Please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
If your upload speed is greater than the download speed you clearly have connection issues.

And be aware that posted the image of the log analysis means we can't actually click on the link to see the full log. My .sig has a link to the pinned post in this forum cover details on posting a link to your OBS log
You may have a good PC but you have both Rendering and Encoding dropped frames, so your PC isn't up to your settings. Until we see your settings, we can't advise on possible changes
