Question / Help Dropping Frames/Disconnecting/Audio Problems

Ever since about a month ago I have been having issues with OBS, I have never had this problem until recently. My internet connection can go up to 3,000 bitrate, but I like to keep it at 2500. Out of nowhere my OBS will begin to drop frames, sometime more dramatically then other times, and will sometimes even disconnect and have to reconnect. Also another problem I have been having is the audio will cut out and begin to make a "chirp" type of noise and I will have to wait until the chirping stops and the audio comes back. Not sure what the problem may be, and that is why I have come to the forums to see if anyone may know the answer to my problem. Thanks.

I have tried:
-Server Change
-Bitrate Drop
-Changing x264 Preset to SuperFast

I use:
-Ankhbot
-SMG Ticker
-CLR Browser
-Twitch Alerts (Recent Follower/Donor)

PC Specs:
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3
CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition
GPU: ASUS Strix GTX 970
Memory:Ballistix Sport (16 Gb)
Microphone: Blue Yeti

Up, haven't found a solution, may switch out my mobo with an old one that used to not have the problem, not sure if this will make a big difference though.

Did you ever find a solution? Can you link to the noise? I think I might be having a similar issue, but wanna compare the noises.
