Question / Help Dropping frames despite streaming without issue before

Hello, my stream has been dropping copious amounts of frames today for no apparent reason. My download and upload speeds are fine (300, 25). Here's my log, if y'all can find an issue with it

Check your local network (NIC, drivers, cable to router, router) then contact your ISP. You are dropping frames because your connection can't sustain your selected bitrate.

Dude make your obs admin it might fix it

That's not going to have any effect on insufficient bandwidth drops, or even rendering drops. Only encoder drops.
