(I use ethernet cable btw) and this cause a lot of reduced quality
So is there a fix for this??

Log please.

StreamElements make the log unusable. Please uninstall StreamElements, do a test recording, and then upload that log please.

Rendering lag caused by GPU overload.
Minor Amendment:
12:09:50.992: - scene 'Scene 2':
12:09:50.992: - source: 'Streaming' (group)
12:09:50.992: - source: 'Display Capture' (monitor_capture)
12:09:50.992: - source: 'Game Capture' (game_capture)
12:09:50.992: - source: 'Browser' (browser_source)
Having a Display Capture in the same scene as a Game Capture regularly causes rendering stalls and encoding lag. Delete the Display Capture source. If you absolutely need it for some reason, create a second Scene just for Display Capture.

Dropped frames are always a network issue though, yes.
