Internet is fine even while the stream is running, max I've ever seen upload at is 41mb/s. I stream 15,000 to youtube and 7800 to Twitch
The moment I turn on OBS it'll fluctate wildly between my set bitrate (15,000) and 4,000-30,000. Internet goes red for a few seconds, returns to normal, goes red again. ISP said there's no network problems. Nothing else seems to be affected to indicate an internet problem.
Even while the problem is occurring, I can run an ookla test and get a stable reading (obviously around 30Mbps because I'm streaming out).
I have an add-on on that sends a stream to Twitch, but it's not active while this is happening because I turn it on after the main stream (Youtube) and it's not active during my tests. It also started happening only in the last couple of weeks (updating OBS hasn't helped) AND is intermittent, one stream can be fine for 3 hours and I'll stream the next day and have this problem.
Turned HAGS off, problem persists.
I also found an odd error that hasn't showed up on Youtube only once during the trouble, mentioning Keyframe Interval must be less than 4? I couldn't read much of it before it vanished.
Log of one of my tests that it happened on: https://obsproject.com/logs/0qvdplwYrE0mX6BH
My down/up while OBS was reading red internet and dropping frames rapidly.
