Hey for some reason I keep dropping frames and it lags in game ive tried both 32 bit and 64 bit, both the same in fact im using 64bit but 32bit is a lot better :D anyway, please can someone help ive used the Estimator and log thing on OBS website they say it all should be fine but yh its not my log Files are attached

While there's nothing terribly wrong reported in the log files, poor in-game performance means you should probably stop streaming at 1080p. Your CPU isn't really cut out for that. Go to Settings > Video and downscale your stream resolution to something lower like 720p and see if that helps.
