I'm always bad about how to start these, so I'll just get right to it.
Basically the issue I'm having is that I can't livestream with a bitrate of 6000 despite the fact that my speedtest shows a consistent upload speed of 20+. I have tried everything in every forum trying to find a solution but nothing. I've done everything in here, https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/wiki/Dropped-Frames-and-General-Connection-Issues, including getting a new modem. It's getting pretty old trying to get this to work, so i'm really hoping that someone here can help me. It's also worth noting that when I stream my bitrate, as shown by OBS, will regularly drop down into the 1000s to 2000s. However if I run a speed test at the same time as I see these numbers, it still shows a 20+ mbps upload. Just looking for some help to get all this taken care of because to me I can't think of anything else that I can try to fix it. I've also called my ISP to talk with them, and since all my speedtest numbers come back alright, they can never help me with the problem!
