Dropping frames an hour into gaming and I don't know why?

Hi there!

This is my firs time posting on here. I keep dropping frames while livestreaming and gaming. The game is not dropping frames, it's only my facecam and I can't figure out why. Can anyone interpret this log file and let know what it might be? https://obsproject.com/logs/RSoAvn5KhKXEvWtf

Why you use x264?
Use NVEnc as encoder.
Run as admin, use one source type display capture or game capture per scene.

Fix the issues listed here and attempt another test

If there is a reason you are using a older ver, please explain so others may know how to help. But it is advise to update so can get support you would need to resolve.
