Question / Help Dropping Frames after computer/internet upgrade

i just upgraded my computer and am currently running
processor: i7-7700k
gpu : 1070ti
16gb DDR4 ram
1tb Hard Drive
120gb SSD
and my internet connection is 300mbps download / 20mbps Upload

I am experiencing dropped frames after running my stream for a couple hours, it runs 100% no issues for a bit then the issues arise, im not sure if my internet is being throttled because it does stabilize sometime after having issues and may work again for a bit but then continue dropping frames. Any help please??

If that is happening with a lot of frames dropped all at once and not spread out over the entire session, and happens at regular intervals, then yes, I'd say your ISP is resetting your connection because of heavy usage. Very common practice when the heaviest uploaders were all considered pirates, before hobbyist streaming from home was a thing.
