Bug Report Dropping Frames .613b?

Hi!

I upgraded to .613b and couldn't stream above 800 bitrate. One of my viewers explained that .613b is bugged and that downgrading would resolve the issue. Once I reverted back to .612b, the bitrate issue went away. Was this a coincidence or an actual issue?

As you can see from the changelog (https://obsproject.com/changelog) there are no changes that would cause this behavior. The network code has not been modified for quite a while as it's working very well. Any problems are likely a coincidence or due to interfering 3rd party software (firewalls, av, etc).
 
Gotcha, just wanted to post the log just in-case it might be some weird configuration setup I have causing the bug (never know :P).
