Question / Help Dropping frame rates like crazy 63% cant even stream

title says it all, im going to upload the log maybe you guys can help.
i did the auto config wizard.
im using a dell g7 laptop.

There's no recording attempt in those logs, but what is shown is you have Game DVR and Background Recording all turned on. If you're experiencing rendering lag, turning those off should help.

i turned them off and will try to record and post another log

how is this the case? i tested my internet and i have 10 ping- 40 download- 71 upload- how can i be dropping that much due to bandwidth
