Hi there,
I have only started suffering with this issue tonight ( 05/02/2021 ) I was playing Cold War I had zero FPS drops, booted up Battlefield V and the issue started I have streamed BFV in the past on the same system with no issus, here is my log and system specs:
AMD 3700x
MSI X570 Gaming Carbon Pro
Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti
32GB 3200Mhz Corsair Vengeance
Games running off SSD
OBS running off a SSD
