I've been having a problem for the past few months mainly streaming Overwatch. My CPU and Memory will be around 50% but I'm dropping FPS. I've tried streaming from my graphics card I've uninstalled and reinstalled Studio, installed Classic and even restored my pc to no avail. It seems to either cap the fps in game or drop frames in OBS and only gets worse when using game capture. FPS is sometimes below 60 before Starting stream.
