Greetings!,
First of all i apologies for my english, it's not my native language.

So the thing is... for some reason my stream drops fps only when i play league of legends. I can even stream more demanding games such GuildWars, Overwatch, Resident Evil 7 on almost MAX settings and the stream runs perfectly.

By the way this only happends when League goes full screen (after champ select). My FPS in game are fine (over 100fps) but on the stream it looks like the game is at 3fps.

Playing on fullscreen/windows changes nothing.
I tested a few things... like not recording the game at all or making any OBS scene, i just play the game in the background... and yes the stream still drops fps.

I ran OBS as admin, my drivers are updated...

I have the same issue with other broadcasting softwares like Xplit but not with GameShow

So here is the Log

As you guys can see as soon as League goes fullscreen the frames drop.

https://prnt.sc/iinb80

Testing on Twitch Inspector...

everytime i leave the game and go back to the LoL Client Window the frames goes back to normal

I already tried that before and nothing, by the way my upload speed is 10Mbps.

Edit: I found an old post about a related topic, seems like using the new network code in OBS' advanced settings is solving the problem, i'm not 100% sure tho... i will have to make a stream to see what the viewers have to say.
