I used to have another internet provider and everything worked great (100Mb / s and lowest ping 120ms). Now i'm using another provider (300Mb/s and 90ping to Sweeden).
While i'm not playing and looking at desktop i have stable 5000Kbps, when i'm starting and playing game it drops and grow +-3000Kbits.I use "Dynamically change bitrate to control network congestion" and when bitrate dropping quality gose to 144p. What can I do to stable my bitrate?
