Question / Help Dropping below 30fps since "upgrading" to creators update

I'm trying to stream Heroes of The Storm since I can play it no problem, and I've streamed it having no problems but recently after getting the creators update it's getting crazy bad fps during fights. Is there anything I can do to fix this? (I was hoping to stream HoTS until I could get a new computer that should hopefully fix all my problems.)

Also, I can play Middle Earth: Shadow of War no problem but when I stream it it runs fine for a bit then starts getting really bad fps, any tips for that would also be appreciated. Thank you.

Also please tell me how to post logs if needed thank you.

I don't think any of my monitors have G-SYNC. I don't know how to check my monitors refresh rate, they removed the button to check in the creators update. *EDIT^ Found it, they changed the name of the button. I can't tell if it's just the one monitor but it's 60hz.
