Lately i'v noticed one problem which im trying to solve almost for month. I would like to stream/record with 60FPS and it wasn't a problem, i've always been able to record at 1080p60 but recently everytime im trying to stream/record my preview/video is laggy. Im not skipping FRAMES, OBS is somehow dropping my FPS from 60 -> 40 -> 50 -> 40. Simply its not stable on 60FPS and it makes preview/video laggy.

In my honest opinion my setup is in great condition and it shouldnt be a problem.
MotherBoard - MSI Z170A GAMING PRO - Intel Z170
CPU - Intel Core i7-6700K
GPU - MSI GTX 960 4GB
RAM - Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB
I'v tried to create whole new scene without overlay/browser source etc and it solved my problem and i was recording in 60FPS but still i would like to solve it so i can stream. Then i'v tried to disable browser sources in my main scene and it helped a bit fps are dropping only sometimes to 55 and then back to 60. Is it possible that browser source is eating those frames that much?
