So I drop network frames randomly every stream. Sometimes it would be a lot and sometimes it won't be a lot. I downloaded the latest windows 10 and updated everything, graphics driver is fully updated. I called my ISP and had a technician come out, my line is new and Iv'e switched my router and modem a bunch of times.
Even when I stream I have like 30 upload speed so I have enough bandwidth but I still drop frames. I used new stream keys and I've tried everything. I even used the command prompt to see if I've been getting packet loss to the twitch server , my router and my ISP's IP address. I did this while I wasn't streaming and there was no packet loss. I thought the reason this happened was because I was getting packet loss but I don't understand how to fix this, I've had this problem for months now.
