Bug Report Dropped frames

Hello i have been recently recieving alot of dropped frames when i stream. i went from using 2500 bit rate to 1500 and no changed. i have changed encoders, i have checked internet and nothing seems suspicious. i have also tried changing servers and still nothing I have 7000 dropped frames (87%) CPU usage is 10% with 30 fps and kb/s is between 1000-1500. please help me

i did everythiing i was told to do before i pulled the log so how do i get the stream info?

Go to logs directory and find one with "streaming start" section.
