Bug Report Dropped Frames

Hello All?
I am currently attempting to stream but I get a ridiculous amount of dropped frames ;(
Here are my comp specs
i5-3570k @ 3.4ghz
ATI 7870 2GB
8GB RAM 1600

My OBS settings are
Quality: 10
Bitrate: 3000
Buffer Size: 1000
Downscale from 1920 x 1080 to 1280 x 720
Preset: Very Fast
Send Buffer Size: 1460
Multithread on

Current download is at : 9.88 Mb/s
Current upload is: 6.96 Mb/s

Again I am currently receiving a lot of dropped frames which makes my stream unwatchable ;(. Thanks for helping and have a great evening!



EDIT: nevermind I fixed it. Just had to change the buffer size haha.

It would be nice to Post which Version you are using sice this Problem is all fixed in a current Testbuild.
