Question / Help Dropped Frames

I've been using OBS successfully for 2-3 months while streaming Twitch. Since last week, without changing any settings, I keep getting dropped frames after approx 10 secs of streaming. I have changed ISP (went from 30 download/ 5 upload to 100 download / 10 upload). Still having the same issues. I have also tried different servers, same problems. Is it possible that the problem is with Twitch?

Twitchtest results show much lower bandwidth to most servers than my upload limit. For example the highest server is Chicago at 2292 kbps. My upload limit is 10 Mbps. Is that restriction with Twitch?

That is a bottleneck between you, your ISP and the twitch ingest. next time just take an alt+screen shot and paste on imgur.com.

but none the same, I have 1Gbps up and down and occasionally have issues with twitch. its not always on your side, its not always on twitch's side. its the internet so expect odd results when you need to sustain a dedicated connection like streaming.

start at 1800 bitrate 720@30 and go from there. you dont want to saturate your line and that 1800 isn't accounting for audio bitrate (128kbps?)
