Question / Help Dropped frames

Hello!

I have dropped frames since ~2 weeks.
I only have frame drops when i select screen from "sources". So I have no frame drops when I have black screen, my connection is fix, but when i select example CSGO I have frame drops.
I tried to reinstall OBS(latest and older versions), install the latest and previous ethernet driver, selected other twitch server, restart modem+router, streaming without router(streaming from modem), tried to streaming with and without "minimize network impact" and "automatic low latency mode" , tried to streaming with lower bitrates, i turned off firewall on my computer and router also. I have no frame drops when I use FFSplit but i don't like FFSplit because the game is laggy when I use FFSplit. My internet connection is good, i have fix upload speed so the problem isn't my internet. As I said I had no problem 2 weeks ago with OBS.

Processor: Intel i5 3570K @ 4.2GHz
Videocard: nVidia GTX 460 (768 mb)
Ram: 8 Gb 1333Mhz
Motherboard: ASRock P67 Pro3

Internet: 10/3 Mbps

i enter to read on obs forum today because i notice in these last days that i have some kind of lag on live preview on my webcams... logitech b910, c910 and c920.
microsoft generic uvc drivers, 720p, 30 fps, Exposure was manual set, low light compensation off, so my frames was almost perfect with these settings. But then something happen......
And i find the fix reading your thread Tosein, its because I was set up my webcams as Global Sources. This is what cause lag on live preview.
As soon as i put my webcams as Video Capture Device lag dissapear.

This info must be sticky, set your webcam as an Video Capture Device, not as an Global Sources.
