Dropped frames

Post a logfile from a streaming or recording session at least 30 seconds in length, as it requests when opening a new thread in the support section, and we can have a look. :)
I found a solution in your discord. It turns out that this OBS bug has already been confirmed by many people and was fixed several months ago. Here is a description of the problem, here is the solution. Unfortunately, this was not used in the latest release of OBS:

So happy to know that this is a known problem, as I am having it too. Seemingly no issues for a while when streaming / recording, and then all of a sudden (seemingly random) my frames drop to 30FPS or less / stuttering. It's maddening.... hope there is a fix soon. @asebux what was the fix you posted? i cannot see it in discord link you provided. Please share, and thank you.
Perhaps your problem is different from this one. Anyway, install this version of OBS to fix the dropped frames.

What is this version? and why is it claimed to be working? and did it work for you?
