So I have been dropping from 60 to 15 fps spiking downwards. My game when I turn or moves frames jitters within that range. I have moved my encoder to NVIDIA NVENC. I have a 1070. I have Internet speeds on fiber of 100 up to 100 - 300 down. I have checked my stream health and I am able to manage 5000 kbs pretty consistently. I have dropped my stream to 3500 kba and still lose the frames. All the issues seem to be coming from OBS, but I cant figure out what is wrong or what to fix.
