Question / Help Dropped Frames with CLR Browser plugin

Hey all, wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue, or has some insight into the problem. I'm new to the streaming scene and recently decided to add twitchalerts to my stream. I can get the alerts to work fine, but for some reason anytime I have the CLR Plugin running, my frames begin to drop. I am running a 64 bit OS, and have tried using both the 32 bit and 64 bit plug in just to be sure. As soon as I delete the plug in from my OBS folder, my dropped frames return to zero.

I really would enjoy having follower/donation alerts on my stream, so any help would be appreciated.
