Question / Help Dropped frames while streaming

I am having problems with dropping frames while streaming on twitch. I have included my log in the thread.

Some help would be much appreciated.

I am running obs studio

This could be because your streaming at too high/low of a bitrate. Also if you have your CPU usage preset on anything lower than veryfast that could also be the problem.
