Question / Help Dropped Frames while Recording

So I've been having problems streaming my content...I play on a PS4 and capture my footage on a laptop...For the past few months, I've have been dropping frames while streaming. I decided to only record my gameplay using obs and after about 10 minutes I start to drop frames..

A little background information - This was a refurbished laptop GB u)sable
Lenovo - AMD Rysen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.00 GHz
Ram - 8GB (7.55 usable)
64 bit operating system

I had to get a new laptop after daughter spilled water on an older version laptop which they no longer make so I had picked this refurbished laptop hoping it might be a better option and so far I have not had any luck with this laptop any help would be appreciated...

Please post a second log with a recording or streaming session. I would suggest dropping your output FPS to 30 as your laptops processor is a lower end one.

Thanks bro, I dropped it to 30 frames as you recommended and everything seems to be working fine. Thanks again..
