Question / Help Dropped Frames Towards the End of Stream

Hello,

Literally, I've done about everything that I can think of to fix my dropped frames issue with OBS. After taking a break from trying to fix it, I went to stream and it didn't have any dropped frames at all. For about 3 hours, I streamed with any issue at all.

Then, towards the end of the stream, I started dropping frames like every second (it got up to about 1500) and I couldn't understand why. I've done the port fowards, uninstalled and reinstalled, checked my firewall and disabled it to see if it was that, checked my anti-virus and malware program, checked for any conflicts, and so on and so forth.

It is absolutely bizarre that I streamed seamlessly for 3 hours only to start dropping frames like mad randomly. I really had my hopes up that I fixed the issue, but I think it is either back or the fix was only temporary.

If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it.

Your description makes it sound like an internet / ISP issue. Or someone else on your network decided to start up a bit torrrent session. But you're using the multiplatform OBS, you should post this on the multiplatform specific forum.

Check with my ISP and they worked on the connection, but couldn't find anything that would lower my internet speed. They said everything checked out and it was running at optimal speeds. I'll post this in the multiplatform section. I didn't even notice. Sorry about that.
