I have talked to Rogers, Twitch, Mixer. I continue to hound Rogers because I'm near certain it is their issue.
I have done these things;
Reinstalled windows
Updated network adapter drivers/used the 2nd adapter my mobo has.
had modem replaced (CODA-4582U)
Attempted bridged, and not bridged.
I've tried multiple ingests, multiple services. (My internet speed is 1000/50, at bad times it is 600/30, when there is problems it will be as low aw 200/5 but that is rare)
mixer engineers have inspected and can't figure it out, they tell me to lower the settings but I will always lose 5-20% frames regardless of quality or settings.
Twitch didn't care, obviously.
I have no AV/FW that isn't baked into windows.
I've tried 3 different beta/alpha firmware from rogers.
This has been happening for 3 months since joined rogers. I had 0 issues on Bell. But bell is the same price, but I get 100/10
What I haven't tried yet;
I just bought a 200 dollar router(ac 1900), waiting for it to get here. I know it won't help but the modem will be bridged and I will use that.
