Hello i changed to a faster internet because i thought that streaming at a higher bitrate would be better but currently i've been having a problem where when i drop even 13 frames obs automatically disconects, i didn't use to have this problem on my 30/5 internet while dropping constatly like 2% my internet now is 100/30 anything i can do?

OBS will not drop the connection over a few frame drops. Most likely what is happening is that your new connection is dropping out (to the ingest server, if not overall) and OBS is reporting a few dropped frames before realizing that the connection to the server is entirely gone.
This is an issue with your new network connection being unstable/problematic, not something caused by OBS.
