When I stream to *any* close server on any website in OBS (Twitch, Hitbox, or Youtube) I get random dropped frames. Not usually more than 2% dropped frames (sometimes much worse) but it makes me unable to do proper live recordings and forces me to keep checking the green square to see if its dropping. It also sometimes completely shuts the stream off and reconnects.
I streamed using Xsplit multiple times and received no dropped frames whatsoever using the SAME SERVERS and the same settings. However Xsplit lags the computer more and makes my cpu run about 5-10 degrees hotter on average.
There seems to be a few people who have run into this issue and it seemed to just start happening out of nowhere which makes me think it is a weird issue resulting from an OBS update. I have done everything the dropped frames forum post says to do with no result. Contacted my ISP like 8 times with no result.
I assume there is no fix for this. Any input beyond the typical responses like checking my bandwidth using the bandwidth tool or going to the dropped frame help page would be appreciated.
I'd post a log file which shows the problems but there is no point as this is ONLY a problem with OBS.
