On my Twitch, I was watching my own re-run just to see how the stream was (if there were audio problems or lag, etc.) When I rewatched it, at times it would drop frames and look a bit pixelated. I'm streaming at 720p 60 at 4000kb/s. With those settings, surely it's something to do with their servers, as my connection is stable and runs 38mb/s up and down.
