Question / Help Dropped frames on overwatch

For some reason, even at 720P @ 30FPS, my stream output is not that great...My Up speed is 10mb/s, connection is physical wire on my desktop. Here is my log: https://obsproject.com/forum/attachments/2016-06-07-18-08-01-txt.16628/
