Question / Help Dropped frames + not streaming

Upon attempting to stream to Hitbox, my viewers were complaining that it was very choppy. After checking my connection and everything (all fine), I decided to try restarting OBS. Now the stream (when I can get it to stream) is basically frozen, freezing every few minutes on a new frame or occasionally going black. This is happening repeatedly with restarts, and often when I attempt to stop the stream OBS freezes entirely. The first log is from my first stream of the night, the second is my latest log dump from the latter issue.

You're definitely having frame drops, and it's causing the program to get data backed up and it ends up freezing when you try to disconnect. We have the freezing issue resolved in the next patch, though the fundamental reason why that happens is because of the frame drops. Basically it just means you're unable to send out as much data at once as you're trying to (insufficient upload bandwidth or server choice is unideal, typically)
