Question / Help Dropped frames like 90%?

OBS studio was streaming smoothly before i updated it but now my frame drop rate is like 90%.

new networking code has issues with nvidia encoder and amd encoder it is being fixed ps try unchecking this in advance see if it works because me and everyone else ran into this issue after we updated to 20.0.1

New networking code only has confirmed issues with the AMD encoder. NVENC encoder works fine here with new networking code.
The new networking code asks the encoder for the bitrate, which is a value not set by the AMD encoder apparently, which causes the new networking code to misbehave. NVENC has no such problem.
