Do you think it's possible that my ISP is throttling my twitch upload speeds? I use Comcast. That's the only thing that makes sense to me since every other thing I test indicates that my internet ping/speeds are normal.

With what encoder are u rcording??? i use quicksync for streaming wich one u use?

My upload with my ISP is 15,000 KBPS. I stream at 6000-8000 KBPS.

Ok,if u got your live dashboard open make sure paus the stream and set the stream to 144p for yourself use CBR and u say ur laggy so lower the bitrate i got 720p 30fps 1500bitrate u can also use VBR with minimaal bitrate of 2100 and max of 3200 for example try iT out and maybe iT Will help j

Like I indicated previously, lowering my bitrate did not help.

maybe close some programs in (Task manager) or just normal programs that use lot of bandwith

me aswell but in my case it depends on the internet bc i got chat in a pop-up (gives me lag) so when i do pretzel and chat in google browser as well its running fine!
