Question / Help Dropped frames in OBS

I am having issues with frames constantly dropping in OBS. I have been streaming console games on twitch on and off for the past two years. I haven't streamed for about a month, and yesterday I decided to start again. I haven't changed my settings at all and the stream is fine for a minute or two but then starts dropping frames like crazy and then just completely disconnects. My internet speed has never been an issue before, so not sure why it would be now. Again, I haven't had this problem for the entirety of my streaming "career" up until the last few days. My processor is an AMD Phenom II X4 925 2.80 GHz and I have 8 gb of RAM. My internet speeds are supposed to be 50 down and 5 up but usually sit somewhere between 10-20 down and 2-2.5 up. I can provide further information if necessary, I am just really frustrated with this.
