So I have been recording videos for over a year since i got my PC. I have had no problems until now. One day i woke up and opened OBS while playing CSGO, my frames (IN GAME) go from 300 to about 80. This happened recently and it doesn't really happen with any other game (it may happen, it's just I don't run any other game at 300 FPS). This affects my csgo gameplay and footage a lot. It happened around the time of the new Windows update but I don't think that could be it. I have tried lowering my settings in game (which I already have set to medium-low even though I have a really decent pc). This happens even if I do 1280p 30fps. Any help would be grateful.
