Question / Help Dropped Frames in Game? Stream is fine

When I try to stream, my game stutters and affects the audio as well. I tried all the help suggestions and still nothing seems to fix it. Thanks!

I have experienced few issues regarding lags, as in Dropped frames on recordings without encoding lags, gpu usage randomly jumping for additional 10% due to OBS just running (while sometime it is ok).
I solved it accidentally by placing my gpu in the pcie 3.0 x16 slot instead x8 slot. Despite no framerate differences between x8 and x16, there seemed to be a throughput issue with x8 in my case.
That is best I can suggest to check since you tried everything already.
