Question / Help Dropped Frames Help

I am dropping mad frames all of a sudden.. OBS used to be running just fine I have not changed anything or added anything. Is it just twitch or my end.. Last night I reach almost 6k in dropped frames.. some ppl said they saw it some ppl said they did not notice..

Hopefully this is the correct file..

@Harold what are you saying because one of my setting is a SAVED setting I am having some OBS Dropped frames issues.. that was offensive wanting to cut off both hands. When I put it on another setting it wont l. et me upload to twitch so what are you saying. I dont find being rude is going to help at all. and sending me reading material REALLY. why is it that I was doing fine then OBS decides to do updates and it messes everything up.. How can you account for these issues when I have not changed anything on my end.. Just being rude does not help, it just hurts the situation

The reading material I linked is ALL the troubleshooting for your situation that we would just be copy and pasting from to answer your issue. That's why we link it instead.
 
As for saving directly to mp4
There are precisely ZERO good reasons to save directly to mp4.

Record to FLV or MKV. If you record to MP4 and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable. If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window.

And plenty of good reasons to NEVER save directly to mp4.

That doesn't prevent any internet provider between you and your streaming provider from changing things.

A large number of people blame problems on an OBS update when the update had nothing to do with the problems.

You just copy and pasted your first post into that post without addressing any of the documentation provided.
