Dropped Frames from Rendering Lag

Hello, I am not really sure what is happening with my OBS, but I continue to drop frames even when my CPU ( Ryzen 2700x ) and my GPU ( 3080 ) are only hovering around 20-30% usage.

I switch between multiple games from apex to minecraft and even just watching videos and frames are always dropping to make my stream look like a slide show. The games I play never have fps issues, so before I buy a second computer to stream that way I was wondering if someone could help me pinpoint the issue in my logs.

You have an excess of window/game/display capture sources in each scene.
Run OBS as admin.

Restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of no less than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Look in Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

Ran as admin and removed all Game captures that were not being used.

Again, you have a multitud of window/display/game capture sources in scene. This causes issues.
Some people uses 2 game capture sources because they capture a game and a v-tuber app, but everything else must have it's own scene to avoid conflicts/issues.
Make 1 scene with 1 game capture, which can see most games.
Make another scene with window-capture and then you manually change the window captured by it. Or make several scenes if it's more confortable.
Make the same with display capture.

You've also too many browser sources. Most overlay services allows you to create one overlay with all the things you need in it, so then you have to set only 1 browser source instaed of the many you have now. Browser sources consume a lot of system resources like any web browser does.

In OBS less is better. Eventually the software and the advances on hardware will let us all do more, but for now you're limited to what you have.
