Hello, recently I've been experiencing OBS Studio dropping frames while I'm recording video. Some games I can record without dropped frames, while some don't seem to want to record at my full framerate. Since I can record at full framerates in some games, I would assume it is a setting I changed in OBS or something with drivers. Frame drops even occur when I'm previewing in OBS without recording. My computers specs surpass what would be required to record at the settings I use, and the hard drive I record to can write up to around 300 megabytes a second.
I am running a Ryzen 7 1800X at 4Ghz with plenty of power and SOC voltage. I have two 1080s SLI'd, overclocked and stable. I use a GTX 1050 Ti at stock settings for encoding. All temperatures are fine.
I use multiple monitors, and have tried running the monitor with OBS on it on my primary and my encoding GPU, with the same results.
I do have the latest Nvidia drivers, but do not have the newest Windows 10 update (the one that adds GPU graphs to task manager, not sure if it's full release or just beta/preview though).
I attached a log of OBS when I launched OBS, recorded fast motion in a game for around 30 seconds, and stopped recording.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks
