Question / Help Dropped Frames | Done Everything I can think to do. PLEASE HELP!

So today, as a last ditch effort to figure out what is going on with my connection to the ingest servers I contacted my ISP and had them come out. Everything is reading fine on there end so I'm at a loss on what to do.

Current ISP: COX
Download: 300
Upload: 30
Location: Kansas

TwitchTest: Showing HORRIBLE quality 64k, OBS default, System default.

Brand new PC, drivers up to date.


Did speed tests to different servers in Texas just to see what happened for example and I'm getting great speeds.

Your connection's conditions aren't suitable for streaming. connection quality is WAY too low.
