Dropped Frames, Disconnecting constantly.

I made an account just so I can see if I can get any help at all, this problem has been constant for the past couple of days and i've read and tried everything on here. So next step was to do this. Here is my log.

Streams keep crashing after an hour or so, and the frames drop to 0 and dont go back up. I get disconnected from Twitch and I have to close OBS and re open it just to go live again. Any help would be appreciated.

Internet Speeds from SpeedTest: 12 Ping, 459 Download, 22.76 Upload. Wired connection.

You followed https://obsproject.com/wiki/Dropped-Frames-and-General-Connection-Issues ?

Your log shows a WiFi Ethernet connection and connecting to YouTube

and what are you doing with Streamlabs? I'm hoping you aren't using StreamLabs OBS, as this is a derivative product and you need to go to them for support

I already followed that guide and I am using OBS not SLOBS.
