Question / Help Dropped Frames, did all the tips given to me. Please help.

I am completely unaware of how to fix this problem, When I use the TwitchTest app to see what servers i connect best to for stream quality, they all come up 0. Please help me anyway you can!!!! I will do whatever it takes to get this up and running!

Please update to the latest version of OBS Studio and post a new log if the problem continues. Current version is 19.0.2.

Also keep in mind that OBS doesn't drop frames. Your internet connection drops frames, and OBS reports it to you so you know what's going on.
