dropped frames as soon as I start a game.

Hi!
I've got a ryzen7 3700x and rtx 3070 gpu..
So when I 'start streaming' on obs I do not have any dropped frames ... but as soon as I start a game I start having dropped frames.. I do not understand this .. at this point my cpu and gpu are between the range of 15-35 %

One thing I notice is when I start the game the CPU goes to around 90% for a second and comes to the above range .. and thats when my frames start dropping and network speed is reduced to almost 200kbps

I also did twitch test with the game open and without... Without the game open I get almost all EU servers at 10,000+kbps and almost 100 Quality.. But when the game is open I get the results attached.

Why is it that with the game open the ethernet speed drops and in turn dropping frames on obs too? Please do let me know if this is a question for my ISP?

The log is here:

Is this only while playing or does it happen simply having the game open at the menu?

just by having the game open at the menu. This is with any game..some examples are CoD, Rogue Company, Valorant.. e.t.c..
Do let me know if you need more info :)

Do you have any 3rd party optimizer / tweak style programs installed? They may be trying to prioritize game resources by restricting other applications. I'd also suggest uninstalling McAfee, it's quite bloated and not really better than Defender.

I do not have any 3rd party optmizers.. The only 'tweak' style software I have installed is voicemeeter but thats for tweaking audio for my stream.. Just uninstalled mcafee (and I'll keep it that way) and all its components.. didn't seem to help.

I even have game mode off .. and as far as I know I disabled any such setting that enhances game performance..
any particular windows setting that I need to look for?

R1CH! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.. My PC is a Pre-built Lenovo ... and they have this Lenovo Vantage app thing which has a feature called 'Network Boost' Enabled that forces all the network resources to the game.. by simply adding OBS Studio to that or disabling it helped me with this issue! IT WORKS!

Thank you very much again! You saved me alot of time and potentially alot of money!
If for some reason it doesn't work again and behaves the same way.. I will be back here :)
