Your internet connection has nothing to do with your memory leak, unless you're implying you have a faulty network driver...
Aaand just as i check what network card you have, i read in the log you got a realtek, so onboard, but it's just connecting at... nvm too tired! lol.
You also have a beta version of the streamfx plugin. When it comes to memory leak, you need to figure out what is causing it. I'm too tired to read thru in a detailed manner atm.
I would not recommend the "dynamically change bitrate" option, unless you are starved on connection for bandwidth or such, which you're not.
See if you can re-create the problem with a fresh start, rename the obs folder to something else temporarily, and so when u start obs again, it will start with nothing. Or just make a new profile and new scene collection by using the menu inside of OBS.
