Dropped Frames and Uploading Issues. Can someone please take a look at the log file?

Hello,
I have been dealing with upload issues since January of this year, and no matter what I do, I am still having the same issues over and over...they are so bad, that my stream gets dropped. I have replaced my router three times. Most importantly, is that I have been in constant contact with my ISP...which is Spectrum. They have done the following:

- Replaced line from tap (electric pole) to my house
- Replaced the line going from the house to the modem in my house
- I have an field engineering supervisor that I can text, and he always tells me everything is clear on their end
- They have had many techs that have come out and tested our connection, and that have monitored the connection at the tap for whole days
- Whenever doing a speedtest, the results are always optimal, 1 Gbps down and 40 Mbps up.

Also, I am currently doing a 2K (1440p) beta test for Twitch, where I am uploading 20 Mbps during my stream. That cannot be the problem though, because it has the same problem when uploading 7 Mbps.

I am willing to answer any questions...I am just so tired that I cannot have a full streaming day without issues. I would like someone that is savvy with the log file to tell me if they see networking issues. Thanks.

Kind regards,
Zen

Just focusing on the dropped frames. Your LAN appears to be working OK, but there's a bandwidth issue between you/Twitch. Disable Multi-track to reduce the required upload & try Rich's test.
